Return and Exchange Policy

1. Final Sale: All wholesale orders are considered final sales. However, we allow returns or exchanges within 14 days from the shipping date.

2. Condition of Returns: All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Process

1. All return shipments must be sent via UPS with Signature Required for your protection.

2. Before returning any merchandise, please contact BettyCarre@BettyCarre.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

     • The RA# is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

     • Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
